We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team and help uphold our commitment to excellence. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all custom cabinetry products meet the company’s quality standards before delivery or installation.

**Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities**
- Perform quality control inspections to identify all outstanding issues in production and order processing departments to ensure quality standards are being met
- Ensure products meet project specifications, working with responsible departments to make modifications required to ensure customer expectations are met
- Develop a strong understanding of the complete production process, including but not limited to receiving, material handling, panel processing, sanding, drilling, finishing, assembly, and shipping
- Identify and report issues related to quality control that arise in the pre
- and post-production processes. Quality issues found by yourself or a worker should be raised to the Production Supervisor.
- Approve all in-coming and finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests. Collaborate with senior management at needed.
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work tracking completion
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
- Follow all proper maintenance, sanitation, procedures and health and safety protocols at all times and ensure department member are as well
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 2 - 5 years' experience in Quality Control, preferably in the mill-work industry
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Exceptional teamwork skills
- Knowledge of various kitchen cabinetry manufacturing materials is preferred
- Must have a keen eye for colour matching and quality control
- Knowledge of and ability to work with all types of paints, stains, finishes, etc. is preferred
- Must be able to cope in a high pace environment while maintaining an exceptional level of product quality
