Performance Agency Lead

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in an account management or analytical role, solving customer problems
- Experience with Google Ads
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience presenting to large audiences.
- Media planning and buying experience (e.g., Search, mobile).
- Established relationships within the performance agency marketplace and working closely with Search / Performance Agencies / Performance Media Groups within Media Agencies.- Excellent track record of working with and/or for major digital/search/performance agencies, substantial experience in sales, business development and/or client relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute and deliver against ambitious goals and product objectives by providing strategic advice to drive Agency performance growth and establishing trusted relationships at B+/C level,
- Own a portfolio of agencies by understanding performance growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, providing strategic advice, leveraging Google resources, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement
- Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Leads on strategic performance initiatives and agency-level planning
- Work towards long term strategic goals on new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding sales experiences to Google's agency partners and enabling collaboration internally
- Deep-dive into the client’s business objectives and lead a holistic Performance strategy. Be the Search evangelist to drive performance for them and investment in Google
