Initiatives includes deliveries across sales, risk, pricing, quants, algorithmic trading, execution, trade processing, and much more. In order to achieve our mission, we maintain a data analytics stack built around big data streaming and distribution technologies as well as microservices. We handle very large data volumes daily, and our goal is to ensure rates business can maintain the firm’s competitive advantage by generating real time insights on these datasets. **Responsibilities**: - Design and lead buildout of end-to-end automated testing framework for Rates data intelligence products. - Manage a small team of 2-3 QAs all focused on various programs within Rates data intelligence. - Develop and drive testing standards, monitor and report key performance metrics. - Responsible for all areas of Quality function and provide support to operations. - Take initiative to research, learn and recommend emerging technologies. - Provide post release assistance to business, development and support groups **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience working on quality assurance of realtime data analytics products ideally within financial services industry and capital markets. - Strong exp with automation tools like Selenium, Lean FT. - Past exp with BDD stack like Gherkin, Cucumber, Bitbucket. - Solid understanding of using project managment tools like JIRA. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Teamcity, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Git. - Past exp with data visualizations with real time/streaming analytics and strict availability and latency SLAs a plus. - Past exp with products generating insights on high volume (100s of TB) datasets a plus. **Education**: - Bachelor’s or ideally master’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical/quantitative discipline. - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Quality - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
