Exceldor Cooperative, an Award-Winning, long-standing company seeks an Accounting Analyst to join our Team at our Winnipeg office location, reporting directly to our Controller, for the Western Division. This position is Monday to Friday with flexibility regarding the start time.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Working toward an accounting designation would be considered an asset.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office experience, including outlook, word, excel, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Prepare and post various period-end entries (poultry and hatchery purchases, leases, prepaids, accruals, and amortization).
- Reconcile bank accounts and investigate bank discrepancies.
- Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts monthly.
- Maintain fixed asset ledger.
- Maintain lease schedule.
- Maintain report building.
- Assist with the annual budget preparation.
- Assist with the annual audit.
- Provide analysis and ad hoc reports as requested.

Pay: $56,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
