**Position Information**:
Mandatory Qualifications
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Medical Terminology college course
- Knowledge of Cerner patient booking/registration system
- Knowledge of systemic chemotherapy regimens
- Knowledge of Cerner chemotherapy scheduling system (Powerchart Oncology)
- 2 years experience in hospital or ambulatory clinic ward clerk setting
- Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Personal Health Information Protection Act
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to multitask
- Commitment to future changes in unit philosophies and ongoing continuing education
- Commitment to patient centred-care, patient safety and service

excellence
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization

(2 or more doses).
