Moncton, Canada Bee-Clean Building Maintenance Full time

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Full-Time Commercial Cleaner to work across 2 different sites daily from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Must have a clean criminal record.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, window washing, and floor maintenance.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap in restrooms and kitchens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and supplies.
- Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damage or necessary repairs observed during cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures diligently.
