**JOB SUMMARY**

The WM & Support Analyst provides functional and technical support to the Logistics & Warehousing group to ensure business continuity and efficiency.

This is a technical position which requires understanding of SAP WM, including Warehouse Design, Inventory Tracking, Receiving and Putaway Strategies, Pick and Pack, Shipping, and Reporting. This position requires the ability to assist in translation of business requirements into technical specifications for reports/transactions, user exits, BADI enhancements, LSMW, etc.

The position holder must be able to thrive in an environment where change is constant. Our approach will necessitate close communication and collaboration with others, requiring solid communication and interpersonal skills. This position Interfaces with and provides updates to Management on a day-to-day basis.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide systems and technical support (as required) to the business (i.e. SAP WM, OE, etc.) to ensure business continuity and efficiency
- Have experience in implementing SAP WM (and other) enhancements in support of business requirements
- Participate in the full SDLC (scoping, business requirements, design, development, QA, deployment, post-implementation support) for miscellaneous enhancements and large scale projects, including estimations
- Assist management in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests and/or projects, estimating effort, and timelines
- Effectively manage and resolve tickets and production issues
- Provide training on system solutions and other tools to business users as needed
- Work with distributed teams across various time zones.
- Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams and Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Clients
- Attitude and ability to learn other SAP Logistics modules to help the team in resolving issues of SAP LE & SD Module

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Involvement with the design, testing, and implementation of large scale projects and enhancements in SAP WM and integration with other systems
- Two to four years of hands-on configuration/development experience
- Must have knowledge of setting up WM module involving Warehouse Design, Inventory Tracking, Receiving and Putaway Strategy, Pick-and-Pack, Shipping, Reporting, among others.
- Should have experience working with SAP Console and RF handheld configurations.
- Experience to translate ABAP related development requirement including Reports, Transactions, User exits, BADI Enhancements, Query, LSMW, etc.
- Able to address user questions and queries with understanding of business and system processes
- Work with business users to help them determine business requirements and translate them to system requirements
- Make software configuration changes to support business processes
- Conduct functional testing of developed/configured solutions, and provide initial support when moved to production.
- Create and deliver BRDs, CRDs and other user documentation as necessary to ensure proper inventory and use of changed and newly implemented efforts.
