**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for experienced subcontractors to perform pressure washing services on a variety of exterior surfaces. If you have your own equipment, take pride in your work, and value professionalism, we want to work with you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform pressure washing and/or soft washing services on:

- Residential homes and commercial buildings
- Storefronts, sidewalks, parking lots, and driveways
- Patios, decks, fences, and exterior walls
- Operate and maintain your own pressure washing equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service on every job
- Take before-and-after photos of all completed work
- Ensure job sites are clean and presentable upon completion

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in pressure cleaning or exterior washing
- Must have own **pressure washing equipment** and **reliable transportation**:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- General Liability insurance (or ability to obtain before starting work)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Soft washing or roof cleaning experience
- Experience with commercial properties or high-volume jobs
- Familiarity with eco-friendly or specialty cleaning solutions
