**Requirements**:

- Valid business license and insurance (if applicable).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and insured (including general liability insurance).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using various cleaning equipment and supplies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete assigned cleaning tasks following our high cleaning standards and protocols.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Communicate effectively with our team regarding scheduling, job details, and any questions or concerns.
- Ensure your work area is clean and organized upon completion of each job.
- Maintain a positive and reliable work ethic.

**Experience**:

- 1 year experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is a must.
- Experience using eco-friendly cleaning products is a plus.
- Experience with specific cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet cleaning, window cleaning) can be beneficial.
