**Job Summary**
**Days**: Monday to Friday
**Hours per week**: 15 - 20 hrs
**Working Hours**: 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. (Flexible 3 or 4 hours per day between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m.)
**Remuneration**: Competitive hourly rate
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and communicating daily attendance
- Tracking attendance
- Managing the after-school staff
- Tracking staff coverage and hours
- Setting up light programing such as art activities and sports games
- Work in the after-school program from 3:30 - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience working with children aged 4 to 12 years old in an educational, camp or
after-care environment
- Knowledge of, or experience using attendance registration software is considered an
asset
- Working experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset
