We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator for our centre in Markham.
- Strong Organizations skills
- Great Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Working Experience in the field, answering phones, scheduling, account receivables etc
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Quickbooks
- Experience in Social Media marketing is an asset - ie Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Must have strong communication skills to work with staff and clients.
- Sales experience is an asset.
This is a permanent full time position.
Admin hours are Monday - Thursday 2pm - 9pm and Sat 9am - 5pm
**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
