Clinical Internship Supervisor

Blake Psychology is currently seeking qualified clinical supervisors to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Work online anywhere in the province of Quebec, or in-office in Montreal or the West Island, providing clinical supervision to a range of internal and external practitioners.

Blake Psychology provides complete administrative support, so you can focus exclusively on your supervision work.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Licensed as a psychologist with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec (OPQ)
- Qualified to provide supervision, according to the OPQ requirements
- Minimum of 6-10 years of psychotherapy experience in evidence-based therapy such as ACT, CBT, DBT, MBCT, MI, psychodynamic, etc.
- Previous supervisory and leadership experience is preferred
- Must have a sound understanding of the underlying theoretical principles and concepts associated with mental health
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, be adaptable, and work independently
- Highly skilled in building relationships with internal staff
- English or French speaking, bilingualism is an asset

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Enter clinical direction provided to supervisees into electronic mental health records
- Promote the development of psychotherapy skills/approaches through evaluations and feedback of supervisee’s work
- Guide supervisees to use best practices to help clients
- Ensure that client care is appropriately met with supervisee’s level of experience/competence, and provide referrals to other resources if needed for clients
- Comply with all OPQ regulations
