**Who We Are Looking For**
**Inventory Control / Purchasing Agent - Full Time**
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working within budgets and Min Max settings to maintain stock inventory levels
- Manage inter-branch transfer orders and material needs
- Coordination of incoming product reserved for orders/projects
- Action purchase requisitions sent through the ERP system
- Liaise with Segment Managers to ensure project order requirements, material shortages or supply chain disruptions and delays are clearly communicated so planning can resolve issues with the customers
- Assisting Supply Chain Manager with inventory control processes
- Assist with freight logistics/ tracking, scheduling deliveries
- Assist with part and supplier maintenance in ERP system
- Assist with customer order creation
- Ability to negotiate best pricing and improved payment terms from vendors.
- Ability to develop relationships with supply vendors.
**What You Offer**
- Strong computer skills, including purchasing and inventory management systems, programs and reports

- Knowledge of purchasing and inventory concepts, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of business performance measures
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail
- Previous experience with D365 is an asset but not required
