Inbound/outbound Call Centre Sales Agent

Youth Employment Services is currently seeking full-time Inbound/Outbound Sales Agents on behalf of one of our employer partners. Our employer partner is looking for reliable and punctual individuals with open availability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Identify their needs and demonstrate the value of our services while provide an exceptional customer experience
- Booking appointments for customers to use our service
**Job Requirements**:
- Availability to work any time between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday-Sunday
- Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Interest in sales
- Previous customer service/sales experience an asset but not required
- Need to provide own computer, headset and reliable internet connection.
Youth Employment Services is a not-for-profit organization that receives funding from the government, private sector companies, and individual donors. Established in 1968, YES has the experience and expertise to deliver programs and services helping youth find a job or start a business. Specializing in career counseling and job placement YES is 85% successful in finding jobs, training, education, or business outcomes for youth.
Our services are available at no cost. Participation in these services may be suggested to applicants in order to improve their likelihood of employment success.
**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
