**Solar Installer Labour**

**Location**:Victoria BC

**Work schedule: 40 hrs/ week**

**4 - 10hr shifts -**Monday - Thursday (flexibility if we work Tues - Friday a week)

**Starting wage**:$25-$35/hr

**Company description**:
As a dynamic renewable energy contractor, High Tide Energy is hiring for our Victoria location. We focus on the installation of Photovoltaic Systems, Energy Storage and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. We offer competitive wages as well as benefits after a probationary period. **Duties**:

- Installing racking, solar inverters and solar panels as per the design.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role in the construction or energy sectors would be an asset
- Certification in PV installation is a plus.
- Roofing, general construction experience preferred
- Ability to work at heights, on roofs, and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Both endurance, physical strength and perseverance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Type**: Full time
