**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated, personable & dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This full time role combines learning everything from the ground up about the workings of this company. This position combines front desk leadership, team management along with admin responsibilities. This position is a long term opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally, help to lead a strong team, and be part of a success business that has been in operation for over 20 years. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of management within our organization. As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in our operations, learning about team management, retail sales, service menu, budgeting, and more; while contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- First things first: learn from the ground up by working at reception and gaining the knowledge of the day to day as a full time receptionist.
- Focus on exceptional customer service on a daily basis
- Learning more of the daily operations by assisting manager in designated tasks to gain knowledge of how the business works and runs effectively and efficiently
- Assist in the daily operations of the business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems to manage transactions and inventory effectively.
- Develop time management skills by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Contribute to training development initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and productivity.

**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in spa or salon atmosphere is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for managing transactions smoothly.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development is essential.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
