If so, you will love working for Westland We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance. **Expected Compensation**: The hourly rate for this role is $20.41 on a 37.5-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement. Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.
