**About You**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Build, manage, & optimize high-quality Google Ads accounts, PPC campaigns as well as Adjust SEM/PPC/CPC campaigns
- Work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Ensure the smooth launch of campaigns and the continual improvement of performance; overseeing optimization and devising a structured test & learn strategy
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Create and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing in a high growth B2B environment.
- Strong understanding setting up campaign attribution programs, lead scoring, campaign management and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
