**Job Duties**
- Process and verify all logistics-related invoices, ensuring accurate AR/AP recording and cost allocation
- Review and validate freight invoices against contracts, tariffs, and service agreements
- Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and avoid aging issues
- Prepare billing documents and backup files to support timely invoice and payment processing
- Manage accruals, ensure proper revenue, and cost recognition per accounting period
- Monitor invoice status using internal systems
- Generate regular and ad-hoc financial and operational reports for internal stakeholders
- Assist in SOP documentation, training, and process standardization
- Support monthly/quarterly closings and financial audits as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment
- Suggest improvements to billing accuracy, speed, and automation using software tools

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in billing, AP/AR, or logistics operations is an asset
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling/simulation)
- Understanding of how billing impacts P&L, cost centers, and freight margins
- Strong communication skills to work with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple billing cycles and meet deadlines
- Experience working with freight documents (e.g., B/L, POD, rate sheets)
- Automation tool experience
- High level of integrity and excellent work ethic
- Korean language ability is considered an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
