**Job Duties**
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any issues that arise.
- Monitor shipments in real time, providing timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies.
- Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
