In this role as a Business Solution Consultant focusing on our **WFMgr (WorkForceManager)** product focus, you will support the Major National & HRO Implementation team in Canada. Lead the development of implementation solutions & procedures that are sustainable. Actively participate and represent Implementation in ADP project teams. Support Implementation associates as required to implement customers with quality in a timely fashion. Support national implementations that are technically challenging and require expertise in “outside the box” solutions. Support the overall Implementation team goals.

**Typical Day to Day example**:

- Lead the development of implementation solutions & procedures that are sustainable.
- Support technically challenging implementations that require expertise in “outside the box” solutions.
- Support Implementation associates as required to implement customers with quality in a timely fashion.
- Provide Subject Matter expertise to the Implementation technical writer to create materials for Implementation as required.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**: Responsibilities

**What you can expect on a typical day**:

- Provide advanced technical support to internal clients (principally Implementation specialists but may also be called upon by other departments). Troubleshoot problems & determine root cause to correct and recover. Provide feedback to Implementation Manager where coaching & training would assist an Implementation Specialist.
- Maintain ADP Canada implementation best practices incorporating product information, tools, and documented procedures.
- Collaborate with the Knowledge Management and the Enterprise Learning team as required to ensure effective training and materials are available to the Implementation team.
- Participate in focus groups, product committees and business conferences on behalf of Implementation. Provide timely and concise project status updates.
- Participate in sessions defining client requirements and determining solutions.
- Research best practices, and define standards for client configurations including coordination of tasks for various client sales order processes such as client mergers, database standardizations, migrations, etc.
- Operate effectively within ADP Client security and privacy guidelines.
- Complete UAT testing on behalf of Implementation on various product enhancements, new releases, defect fixes and provide feedback to the Product team as required.
- Perform technical tasks as required (i.e. EDA, Boomi, Mobile, Kiosk, ect)
- Implement customers as required.
- Leverage Technology team escalation and ticketing processes to secure resolutions for customers and associates as required.
- Prepare and Deliver information sharing sessions to the Implementation associates via the different Business Solution Implementation forums, such as the TLM Forums, Support Chats, etc.
- Actively work with the Technology & Product teams to provide input and feedback on future releases and enhancement priorities.
- Work with partners outside of Implementation to ensure organization readiness activities are communicated and rolled out appropriately.
