**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or questions regarding care plans.
- Assist in the management of office operations, including handling patient inquiries and managing office supplies.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
- Support the dental office team by coordinating care specific to dental procedures and patient needs.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and improvements in care coordination processes.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably within a medical or dental office environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $57,138.88-$68,619.68 per year
