**Position: Sales Coordinator**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Location**: Markham

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Execute sales orders and arrange shipments with required documentation.
- Coordinate with OEM customers about raw material arrangement, quality, shipment, quotation, etc.
- Maintain customers, quotations, orders and invoices in ERP system and ensure the accuracy.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor KPIs as required.
- Other tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above
- Experience in sales support or administrative role
- High energy, self-motivated, and passion for business success
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Works well independently and as part of a team
