We’re looking for a **Junior Project Manager** who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and make an impact from day one.

**The Role**

As a Jr. Project Manager you’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience managing timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping complex projects on track—while being mentored by industry leaders. This position is a blend of office time at the Saskatoon office and working away at a fly in/fly out site so ability to travel is required.

**Duties**
- Assist with planning and execution of commercial construction and renovation projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Monitor project budgets and progress reports
- Help manage schedules, inspections, and safety requirements
- Participate in client meetings and help ensure clear communication between all stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Track Contracts and Change Orders
- Assist with QA/QC
- Assist with estimates and take offs

**Qualifications**
- Previous commercial construction and renovations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to gather requirements efficiently and translate them into actionable tasks.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
