**We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for full-time employment in our Vancouver-based Head Office.** This position is available immediately.

**The Warehouse Assistant will have the following responsibilities**:

- Receives products and records in Sage 300 software
- Picks orders and prepares packages
- Restocking of shelves and managing a FIFO inventory
- Processes shipments through SAGE 300 accounting software
- Boxes and processes outgoing shipments using a courier shipping software
- Performs cyclical inventory counts
- Performs general warehouse cleaning and organization
- Repackaging of products
- Provides back up customer service to the team
- Assists with basic office duties as needed such as filing and mailing of invoices
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Energetic team player with a can-do, will-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Experience and proficiency in SAGE 300 and would be an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
