We are currently seeking a **Service Manager** to join our team. This is a leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact, support a high-performing team, and help us drive exceptional service standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively working to support the Service Department in identifying opportunities for coaching and development within your team. Actively working to communicate and support personnel for further skill development.
- Help communicate technical problems to service staff and assisting Service Advisors with difficult diagnostics
- Looking for gaps in knowledge and productivity, working ongoing with the team to address and improve efficiencies.
- Organizing the shop floor and parking lot to ensure that areas are both safe and effectively accessible.
- Support the supervision of Technicians in repair procedures, which includes reviewing the quality of service repairs performed and helping to ensure dealership standards are met.
- Reviewing all shop comebacks with appropriate Technicians.
- Ensuring that the monthly department targets and gross profit objectives are achieved or surpassed.

**Qualifications**
- 1-5 years experience as a Service Manager.
- High attention to detail/organization/time management.
- Proactive and committed to meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON (K1J): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 1 year (required)
- Service Manager: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
