We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season.

**Job Description**:
As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will be responsible for clearing snow from residential and commercial properties in Midtown Toronto and North York, based on our customer list. This role requires availability during the winter months, flexible hours, and a commitment to being on-call when snow events occur.

Key Responsibilities:
Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and other designated areas using shovels, snowblowers, and other equipment

Ensure work is completed promptly and thoroughly to meet client expectations

Follow customer lists and assigned routes for each snow event

Communicate effectively with the team and supervisor

**Requirements**:
Must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to commit for the entire winter season

Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on snow events

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor, labor-intensive tasks in cold weather

Access to transportation to reach work locations in Midtown Toronto and North York

Prior snow removal experience is an asset but not required
