We are looking for motivating and ambitious members to join our team at _World Gym Plus 15_

**Opening Shift (Weekdays Only): 5:00am - 1:00pm** ≥40 hours per/week.

We are looking to bring on career minded individuals who are looking to grow within the company

As a Membership Services Representative, you will be expected to give excellent customer service to our members. Membership and Personal Training starter pack sales are expected. Opportunities to make commission are available on top of regular wage. We want you to understand the importance of fitness and actively involve health in your current lifestyle.
- World Gym can be traced back to the glory days of Muscle Beach in Los Angeles, California. In 1976, Joe Gold opened a small gym filled with custom made equipment. Before long, World Gym was the fitness destination for celebrity body building greats such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno and Dave Draper. By the early 1980s, World Gym was firmly established as a global fitness icon. The brand expanded worldwide and is now in full swing, fuelled in large part by convenient, affordable memberships._

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- selling memberships through guided tours
- personal training starter package sales
- greet every customer with amazing customer service
- answering the phone
- multi-tasking
- administrative work
- helping members with tanning and hydro-massage
- motivate our members to do their best everyday
- handling member concerns
- help keep our gym in great shape
- be positive and hard working

Additional Admin Duties:

- Filing paperwork
- Assisting the Operations Manager with other admin duties

**Qualifications and Skills**
- customer service experience 2+ years
- reception experience 2 + years
- sales experience 2+ years
- great at multi-tasking
- handling situations with a calm attitude
- physically active

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
