**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Project Management & Innovation Process Manager, the **Technical Publications Project Coordinator** is responsible for managing and delivering technical publications for our global product line. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and global content writers and illustrators to ensure timely and high-quality documentation for the global product line.

This position is part of the **Innovation and Technology** department located in London, Ontario and will be onsite role.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Manage and deliver on project assignments related to technical publications.
- Obtain, define, and interpret information, collaborating with cross-functional, global product development teams and customer feedback to assist in the development of end-user documentation packages.
- Prepare documentation for final production (print, online, and translation management) and ensure final delivery PDF files meet quality standards and storage requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of systems and procedures for data management across the department and external websites.
- Contribute to process improvement activities to drive efficiency within the Innovation and Technology team.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Technology, or related field with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Attention to detail: Efficient, accurate, and thoughtful.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Self-management skills with the ability to make decisions and seek guidance when necessary.
- A demonstrated ability to value and support diversity in the workplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word) and Microsoft SharePoint 365.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
