**About Us**:
** Possessing a vehicle (car) is a must for this position.**The working hours will be 30 hours per week to start from 10:00 AM to 1:00pm on Monday and 10:00am 5:00 PM Tuesday to Friday, with responsibilities divided between two locations. Your day will commence at the Staff Plus Head Office from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, after which you will proceed to our client’s site to provide direct assistance at their worksite. Schedule may vary, more details to follow.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**At Head Office**:

- Provide information to applicants about job requirements and specific role tasks.
- Administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, data entry

**At Client Site**:

- Act as the main **employee relations contact** for Staff Plus employees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Conduct **onboarding and orientation sessions** at client locations, ensuring new hires understand company rules and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)**.
- Issue verbal and written warnings regarding performance and attendance as needed.
- **Collaborate with client teams** (managers, supervisors, HR, and Health and Safety) to ensure smooth operations, fill orders and maintain a strong client relationships.
- Manage the **clock system** and process **payroll** by collecting and verifying employee hours.
- Complete and update **weekly reports** on employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of **staffing agency** experience preferred, or **human resources (HR)** or **recruitment** experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a **fast-paced environment.**:

- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)**.
- Experience with **payroll processing** and timekeeping systems is an asset.
- **Call center** or **customer service** experience is a plus.
- **Reliable transportation (car is a must)** is required for travel between head office and client sites.
