**Duties**:
The Resource Coordination Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Country Public Affairs Officer (or CPAO designee) and supervises one Resource Coordination Assistant. Is the leading Public Diplomacy LE Staff responsible for the financial, program, human, and property resources that support Public Diplomacy (PD) projects and programs throughout Canada, including at its eight constituent posts. Oversees use of multiple and diverse funding streams and ensures their compliance with all relevant US Government (USG) regulations and Canadian laws. Manages grants, contracts, and acquisition and use of PD Section materials and equipment. Serves as primary liaison for the PD Section with Management Section and offices, and coordinates resources for constituent posts and with regional PD bureaus. Supervises one LE staff, a Resource Coordination Assistant.

**Option 1**
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in a major organization in budget, accounting, business administration, financial management, organizational management, public administration, program/project management, or grants management work is required.
EDUCATION : University degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Organizational Management, Accounting, Public Administration, or local equivalent is required.
**Option 2**
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a major organization in budget, accounting, business administration, financial management, organizational management, public administration, program/project management, or grants management work is required.
EDUCATION : Completion of two years of college or university studies is required.
