**Job Overview**

D. Floyd Construction is seeking skid steer **operators**. This position will include year-round work, and an opportunity to make an impact on some of Calgary's most impactful projects

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drilling holes for fence installation
- Grading fence lines for fence installation
- Work closely with team members to achieve organizational goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized job site
- Assist with other duties as required

**Experience & Skills**
- Prior experience in skid steer operator - min. 2 years required.
- Previous experience in driving truck and trailer - min. 2 years required.
- Drilling and Auguring holes - min. 2 years preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
- Follow company safety protocols on all sites
- Drivers license is required

**Pay and Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate of **$25.00-$30.00 per hour**, based on experience.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (8:00-4:30)
