**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate skid steer loaders for various construction projects.
- Perform tasks such as paving, grading,sweeping and clean up of site
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and grading surfaces as required.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any mechanical issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with skid steers and related machinery.
- paving and asphalt experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred.
- Experience with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
- Ability to perform and be reliable.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications for operating heavy machinery are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
