**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Painting
- General maintenance
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficient in a variety of handyman tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Owns a set of tools and has access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.20-$47.35 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 55 per week

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

- Driver's License (preferred)

- Vancouver, BC (required)

- Vancouver, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
