Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer
- oriented RV Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the RV purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale. Your primary goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and identify their RV needs and preferences
- Educate customers on various RV models, features, and options
- Conduct RV demonstrations and walk throughs
- Work along side with business manager to ensure they have all information for financing
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and targets
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or RV industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detailed-oriented with good organizational skills
- Knowledge of RVs and camping lifestyle is a plus

Pay: Up to $112,004.23 per year

- Stewiacke, NS B0N 0B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)
