Full Time
**The following traits and qualifications are required**:
Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of recent and related experience in a senior living environment, with a focus on culinary operations and resident engagement.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful resident experience programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Google platforms including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets and relevant culinary and recreational software.
Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education
Must be computer literate
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel
