**工作职责:**
负责当地门店的建设,团队搭建,作为卡尔加里的负责人;
管理卡尔加里门店的日常运营,包括但不限于员工培训与管理、广告宣传、库存管理、现金管理、展厅陈列管理以及门店的销售盈利;
实时监控和分析销售数据和财务数据,与总经办一起制定并落实运营与宣传战略以确保该门店达到总经办制定的盈利目标;
熟知门店的热销产品、新品、滞销品,并对相关的销售数据进行追踪汇报;
培训、发展和激励门店员工,提供卓越的客户服务,并实现销售目标;
培训监督员工工作,并合理安排员工的工作时间;
确保门店始终整洁干净、有序、提升外观吸引顾客;
解决客户退货、维修与投诉问题并确保客户满意度;
管理库存,并根据销售需要定时向总经办提出采购需求;
全力协同全年公司展会工作。
**任职要求:**
需要本科学位,加拿大学历优先考虑
至少3年的门店管理经验,包括管理员工团队
出色的领导、沟通和人际交往能力,并注意细节
出色的数据分析和解决问题的能力
熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 套件和库存管理系统
有加拿大驾照
能在加拿大合法工作
**待遇:**
20元/时+ 绩效奖金,总包6万-10万

**Full Job Description**:
GreenLife is currently seeking a passionate, self-disciplined Store Manager with rich experience in store operations and team leadership to join our team. Greenlife is one of the leading suppliers of Spa, Salon, and Aesthetic products in the GTA. Since our established in 2011, GreenLife has been contributing to local aesthetic communities by providing high-quality aesthetic supplies and equipment. Our featured massage tables, facial beds, and barber chairs have become the most popular products all over Canada. As a Store Manager, you will be an important member of our company, responsible for the daily store operations and sales profitability of the Van store.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage all store operations including but not limited to employee training and supervision, advertising and promotions, inventory management, cash management, showroom display management, and store sales profitability.
Monitor and analyze inventory, sales and financial reports, planning and implementing corresponding operational strategies to ensure that the store achieves the profit goals set by the head office.
Be familiar with the store's best-selling products, new products, and slow-moving products. Track and report the related sales data.
Train and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Ensure that the store is always clean, orderly, and visually appealing to customers.
Resolve customer returns, repair, and complaint issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise store staff and schedule their work hours.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels and collaborate with the head office to order products on bi-weekly basis.
Fully assist in the relocation of the store that is happening in May as well as the construction, product display, and product dispatch work of the new store that is also located in North York.
**Requirements**:
A Bachelor's degree is required; Canadian education is preferred.
At least 3 years of store management experience, including managing a team of employees.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have a valid Canadian driver's license.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
**Compensation**:
20 CAD/hour + performance bonuses.
Vacation benefits: Paid vacation time will be granted, increasing by 2 weeks per year of employment.
