**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for an Associate Pension Specialist to join our growing team and we hope our search ends now, with YOU. Our Pension Services Team is looking for customer centric individuals to fulfil a rewarding role in assisting and supporting the members we serve through an important milestone in their life. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator and possess technical savvy to help us provide an exceptional member experience.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an Associate Pension Specialist, reporting to the Pension Operations Supervisor, you will be part of a team of professionals focused on delivering exceptional service to all our Pension Clients and their members alike. In this role you would be responsible for the following:

- Processing Pension Benefits
- As required, participate in project work.

**THIS IS YOU**
- College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field
- One to three years of working experience in a customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with highly developed active listening skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Mathematical Aptitude
