**We are looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze and document standards development workflows and map requirements to custom workflow solutions integrated with Workday.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document current workflows for standards development and map them to proposed custom solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and assess options for workflow enhancements.
- Develop technical documentation, including requirements, process maps, and gap analyses.
- Ensure seamless integration of new workflows with systems like Workday.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical business analysis, with expertise in workflow and process analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP and Workday
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and creating actionable deliverables.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $49,083.56-$103,004.62 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M9W 1R3
