- Provide emotional support and guidance to children, fostering their social skills and independence.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Adapt care strategies to meet the individual needs of children, including those with disabilities.

**Experience**
- Ability to clean and maintain a tidy environment conducive to children's activities.
- Experience or willingness to work with children.
- A passion for educating and nurturing young minds through creative play and structured learning.
