We are currently seeking an experienced Content Creator to join our team.

Reporting to the Marketing Team, the Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and producing video content for social channels and websites for Flowers Team Real Estate.
- Produce, and edit a wide variety of video productions independently and with others
- Create and post content to socials including YouTube, TikTok, and website for various audiences
- Be the knowledge expert for all aspects of the video production lifecycle, including all aspects of in-person production elements, setup, and talent management
- Create, present, and refine detailed shot lists to capture all elements outlined in the pre-production brief
- Prioritize and schedule project work to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality videos
- Strategize with other members of the Marketing Team on methods to reach our target audiences
- Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all areas of video
- Stay current on video and marketing trends
- Media management of digital video files

**PREFERRED PREREQUISITES**
- A college degree or university diploma in video and/or film production, communications, graphic design, marketing, or a related field is considered an asset
- Experience making, directing, and creating videos
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other video editing software
- Experience creating video content for social media and websites (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Strong written communication skills with previous experience crafting video scripts is an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of image composition, lighting principles, audio production, direction and set design
- Ability to effectively storyboard
- Strong understanding of brand and design guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead production with efficiency and confidence
- Prior experience working as part of a dynamic marketing team is an asset
