**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize content for search engine visibility and engagement metrics, including click-through rates, social media shares, and time on page
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content marketing and adjust content strategies as needed to maximize results
- Manage content calendars and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of content assets
- Perform necessary proposal close-out activities including proper filing and documentation, updating company marketing materials, client presentations, and proposal templates
- Coordinate branding of promotional materials and assist with ordering and tracking inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items
- Coordinate with team members for RFP project content collection, develop custom graphics, and assist in the presentation development
- Collaborate with external partners, as required

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a university/college Marketing program which has a formal co-op requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation and strategy
- Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement and meets business objectives
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with content marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media management tools
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
