**Kitchen Supervisor - Location: Saskatoon SK**

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supporting and developing the Culinary Team with the support of the Chef & Sous Chef for all our Saskatoon operations. This position actively embodies, inspires & elevates the brand commitment to our guests and the team.

- Be the trailblazer in all aspects of kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and execution.
- Drive culinary operations at an outstanding level.

- Execute and hustle excellence in food quality and the ongoing skills of your crew and management within the kitchen.
- Identify leadership potential in your team and foster those extraordinary individuals into management roles.
- Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients and balance the cost of sales.
- Engagement with market guests including sharing culinary knowledge and recipes.
- Experience writing cost menus.
- Min. 1-year experience with MarketMan or Optimum Control inventory systems
- Understand that **CLEAN IS CLEAN** and teaches/ practices CAYG with the team
- Baking, pastry, and pre-made meal execution a bonus
- **Culinary creativity is a must.**:

- **Must have a permit to work in Canada or resident of Canada**

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
