**Job Description: Associate Product Manager**

As an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial product manager you will innovate and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise and delight to our users while delivering business value to the company. The Associate Product Manager will have a track record of owning and delivering experiences to customers that raise the bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. You will need to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, your focus will be on

**Typical Workday**:

- Gather requirements from users, support, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Senior Product Manager or Director to ensure that the roadmap is well understood and break the deliverables into epics and stories and maintain a healthy and up to date backlog.
- Create wireframes, product requirements and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback.
- Write clear specifications with well-defined acceptance criteria for engineering to start work.
- Work closely with delivery and development teams to prioritize, design, and implement new features, enhancements, and fixes to execute product roadmaps, vision, and priorities.
- UAT features and assist QA team to ensure a high-quality launch, across all devices.
- Analyze the results post-launch and make recommendations on the right next steps for the feature.
- Triage and prioritize bugs and make recommendations for whether something is a launch blocker or not.
- Distill user feedback into an actionable understanding of user sentiment for your product area.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data analysts, user researchers and marketers to identify new opportunities for product development.
- Develop metrics to measure success of program features and analyze results.
- Research and leverage consumer insights and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Other duties as required.
