Title: Associate Product Manager Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 Months We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about product management and security capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered) Experience in product management, particularly within digital and cloud security management Strong understanding of security capabilities such as IAM, DLP, threat detection, and security posture management Ability to translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a secure-by-design approach Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required) Experience with industry controls and frameworks Familiarity with security SLAs, SLOs, and data classification standards Knowledge of audits and certifications like SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Key tasks and expectations for the role) Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security capabilities Conduct discovery with stakeholders and benchmark against industry standards Partner with engineering to design scalable controls and guardrails Drive sprint rituals, release planning, and manage cross-team dependencies Lead UAT, rollout plans, and stakeholder enablement Support audits and ensure evidence is complete and accessible Run feedback loops with Security Architecture and application teams Evangelize secure development practices and build self-serve patterns for teams Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture that values innovation and collaboration For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
