If so, then It's a BLAST has an opportunity for you We are currently recruiting full-time Team Leaders and Program Leaders to start immediately and continue through our fall program.

Leaders at It’s a BLAST are responsible for providing daily programming for all children registered in the program. It is the responsibility of both Team and Program leaders to deliver quality care at our programs and be committed to the success of the organization and continued self-growth and development.

What we need from you:

- Positive, can-do attitude towards work.
- Reliable and flexible availability.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and engage in active problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and complete new tasks.
- Ability to develop positive and respectful interactions with children, parents, and staff.
- First Aid Certification within the first 8 weeks of employment.
- Clear Criminal Record Check within 5 weeks of employment.
- Clear Intervention Check within 5 weeks of employment.
- Current Child Care Education Level (or willingness to complete Basecorp).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.75 per hour
