As a **Houseperson** at the **Cambridge Suites Hotel**, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure everything meets the hotel’s high standards. You’ll also work with the housekeeping team to provide outstanding service to guests. **Key Responsibilities**: - Respond to guest requests with a "Let Me See What I Can Do" attitude and provide excellent service. - Perform daily cleaning duties, including floor care, window cleaning, upholstery, and more. - Ensure correct usage, storage, and mínimal waste of cleaning supplies, following WHMIS guidelines. - Assist with Lost and Found services by reporting and delivering found items to the Housekeeping office. - Report maintenance issues to help keep hotel property in top condition. - Work flexible shifts and cross-train in various housekeeping roles. - Demonstrate confidence in decision-making to address guest concerns and exceed expectations. - Maintain knowledge of hotel services and promote them to guests. - Follow safety standards and emergency response protocols. **Qualifications**: - Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and guest service skills. - Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. **Cambridge Suites Hotel** values diversity and inclusion.
