JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Au Lit Design Associate:

- Is upbeat, warm and personable in the store and in every phone conversation
- Maintains outstanding sales
- Develops and maintains long-lasting customer relationships
- Tracks all customer orders & keep organized, thorough records for meticulous follow up
- Replenishes stock & maintain inventory on floor
- Is eager to learn everything there is to know about linens and our brand
- Works with top designers
- Handles daily cashing out & closing
- Keeps the the store neat, organized and well merchandised
- Is competent on the POS with special orders, refunds, exchanges, etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven track record of design & sales in a retail environment (minimum 2 years) *Luxury sales an asset
- Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Works in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
