**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Reports on inventory levels,, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
- Receive and count incoming PO inventory and ensure eCommerce Manager is up to date on new products and received inventory.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, communicate variances and damaged products, and update stock.
- Support inventory accuracy by logging any item pulled from the shelf for sample orders, reships, and client requests.
- Complete daily close out log of Fulfillment tasks and orders.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in fulfillment and implement viable solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in a fulfillment environment using inventory/order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Experience with Shopify as an eCommerce platform preferred.
- Familiar with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Friendly and professional personality with a customer service focused attitude.
- Self-starter, can work with mínimal supervision and direction.
