Mississauga, Canada HVAC X SUPPLY INC Full time

HVAC X SUPPLY is growing, and we’re looking for a **dedicated, experienced Warehouse Manager** to join our team This is a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, inventory is accurate, and our counter sales team has what they need to serve customers efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure the space is clean, safe, and organized
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movement
- Organize and label stock for easy access
- Support counter sales staff with timely order picking and stock updates
- Supervise loading/unloading at our docks
- Collaborate with management on improving warehouse layout and flow
- Uphold safety standards and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience (HVAC industry preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and organization strategies
- Forklift license and experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
